Giniginimar is a small fishing village with a black sand/pebbly beach and the Aurora II apartments are only two minutes away. Our second floor apartment has fabulous views of the sea from it's large terrace. Our ground floor apartment has a glimpse of the sea and is very family friendly with easy access to the pool. There is one fish/tapas restaurant on the beach and a second excellent restaurant only a minute's walk from the apartment.
The complex is perfectly placed for visiting other parts of the island. We are only ten minutes from the second largest town, Gran Tarajal, which has a wide sandy beach and a promenade of bars and restaurants. There are also two large supermarkets in the town.
We are also only 15 minutes from the zoo and camel rides at La Lajita and 20 minutes from Costa Calma, a tourist resort with a beautiful, sweeping sandy beach. Caleta de Fuste is also only thirty minutes away in the other direction.
There are golf course in Caleta and also at Las Playitas.
