Peacefully located villa set in its own beautifully maintained gardens with own private pool and barbecue area. Plenty of room for outside dining. Ideal location for golfers - 10 minutes to Parque de Floresta and 5 minutes to Boavista. Tastefully furnished 3 bedrooms, suitable for up to 6 people with 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double which has an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms open out onto the front garden terrace area. Large private pool and garden area to the rear of the villa equiped with garden table, chairs and 6 sun loungers. Located upstairs is a large lounge and dining area with fully fitted kitchen, cloakroom and utility room. Balcony complete with patio furniture and 2 sun loungers with beautiful south facing views towards the sea which attracts the sun all day.

Situated in the western Algarve the villa is located in a peaceful area just 10 minutes walk from the centre of the village and its beach, restaurants and supermarket. Other beaches and the village of Burgau are just 5-10 minutes drive. The stylish and historical town of Lagos and its marina and many restaurants is only 5km drive. For golf enthusiasts Parque de Floresta and Boavista golf resorts are both less than 10 minutes drive away.

We've just arrived back today from our 10 days stay at the villa. I was very happy and would unequivocally recommend this place to anyone.
The property was spotless on entry, and subsequently cleaned 5 or 6 days into our stay. The villa was up to a modern standard and faultless. The surrounding area was quiet, and the private pool not over looked.
The communication between the owner was first rate and everything was as smooth as can be.

Fantastic Villa

The villa exceeded all expectations, was very well equiped and in a good location for easy walking to the town and beach. Cleanliness was of a high standard, and the property was very well maintained. The villa was cleaned half way through our two week stay and regular pool and garden maintenance ensured these were kept immaculate throughout our time. Built in barbeque in the garden was great to have. Would certainly recommend the property to anyone, and having explored the surrounding areas, Luz would be our first choice for where to stay on any future visit to the Algarve.

Wonderful Villa

This Villa is exactly as described and was very comfortable and spacious, it is far bigger than the picture suggest. The property was very clean and during our 9 day stay the Villa was cleaned and towels and linen changed. The children loved the pool which was also cleaned regulary by the gardener, the garden was a very relaxing environment and also immaculately maintained. The directions supplied to find the Villa were very accurate and easy to follow, the owners were very friendly and helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to friends and family, we hope to return again next year. The town of Praia da Luz had a very good mix of restaurants, you can find food to suit any tastes, overall the Villa is a credit to its owners.

Great villa! great holiday!

The four of us rented this villa in April 2009. When we arrived we recognised it immediately. The description on the website is perfect and the pictures give an excellent idea of the property. The only thing we would add is that from the front balcony you get a good view of the sea which is about 10 minutes walk away. Great for watching the sun go down, drink in hand.
The property is well maintained and was very clean. We stayed for 10 days and the villa was cleaned and the beds changed during our stay.
The pool is superb although too chilly for swimming in March/April.
There are lots of good restaurants around but we also found it very pleasant to sit and eat on the balcony. There is plenty of space for 6 people with lots of chairs, sunbeds and sun umbrellas.
Unless you want clubs and lively night-life, we would recommend this villa highly.

Your probably need a car unless you just want to sit in the sun.

Lovely villa!

Just returned from a week at this property and it really exceeded our expectations. It is much bigger than it looks and had everything we could have needed. The pool and the garden were lovely and very secluded. It was a very easy 10 minutes walk to all the restaurants and the beach. We stayed with small children and babies and it was very suitable. We would highly recommend this property to others and would hope to return there ourselves.
