Hylands is a comfortable detached bungalow with a large enclosed garden and balcony offering some of the best views in Brixham over the harbour, town and out to sea. The property itself is spacious and comfortable and is situated approximately 10 minutes walk from Brixham Harbour and town centre via a hill. It has a large parking area suitable for two cars.

While fishing is Brixham’s main industry, it is also reinventing itself as an upmarket tourist resort, with quality food shops such as the Brixham Deli, cafés such as Number 11, and bars such as the Yard Arms. The focal point of the harbour gives the town a continental feel, especially in the summer, when you can sit outside and enjoy fish which has been caught that very morning. In September South Devon hosts a walking festival with a wide varietyof activities taking place
