- 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6. - Modern interior throughout. - Large lawned garden. - Garage. - Close to the Eden Project. The Briell is an attractive newly built three bedroom house, just a short five minute walk from the picturesque harbour at Charlestown. Charlestown is situated near St. Austell and during years gone by, was of great importance to the local economy as it's port was used to import coal and export local China Clay. Since the decline in the China Clay industry, the harbour remains as important as ever and provides a permanent berth for square-riggers. St Austell itself is the meeting point of old and new Cornwall, of ancient narrow streets and pedestrian precincts with fine shops and restaurants. The Bay has numerous sandy beaches and fishing villages. Renowned attractions, such as The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are close by.

  • A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival.
    For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card.
    Only Saturday to Saturday bookings (or Friday – Friday where stated) are accepted in July and August.
    Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated.
    A non-refundable £15 booking fee is applicable to all bookings.
    All properties are non-smoking, though smoking is permitted in outside areas.
    Pets are accepted in certain properties where stated.
