A 3 bedroom ground floor apartment located just a 10-15 minute walk away from the beach and the centre of Fowey with its many fabulous restaurants. The apartment is located in a Georgian Country house with its own private courtyard garden and barbecue area, plus communal landscaped gardens and a covered heated pool. It is situated in a beautiful location in Cornwall and close to the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan and popular coastal towns such as Carlyon Bay, Charlestown and Mevagissey, making it the perfect holiday home to explore Cornwall. Fowey holds many events throughout the year including the popular Fowey Royal Regatta and the Daphne du Maurier literary festival.
