    For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card.
    Only Saturday to Saturday bookings (or Friday – Friday where stated) are accepted in July and August.
    Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated.
    A non-refundable £15 booking fee is applicable to all bookings.
    All properties are non-smoking, though smoking is permitted in outside areas.
    Pets are accepted in certain properties where stated.

Notes: Large bay window with views that overlook the rooftops down to the harbour. Generous sized lounge has neutral decor, with blue/slate coloured wooden floorboards. Ample seating provided by two blue, two-seater sofas and one blue, four-seater sofa. Gas coal effect fire with surrounding mantelpiece. Entertainment is provided by a TV, DVD and freeview box. There is also a separate games room with a TV/DVD player, football table and a large bookcase containing a variety of games, maps and books. For the younger generation there is a bag of Duplo bricks. For the fitness enthusiast the room comes complete with its own exercise machine. For extra guests there is a sofa bed. As with the dining room the kitchen is separated from the dining area by the beautiful large log burning fire. The décor comprises a mix of varying terracotta tiles with cream shaker style kitchen units, including a handy island unit, with beech effect work tops and wooden flooring.
