There is intercom security access with a designated parking space for the apartment. The balcony off the living room has panoramic views and is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the location. The apartment has easy access via a well-lit internal carpeted stairway. There are a couple of lights of stairs and this is not recommended for people with walking difficulties. An allocated parking space is provided. Guests can enjoy the stunning views from the cliff tops and many coastal paths Newquay has to offer.
