The cottages are set in 5 acres of formal gardens and established woodland where children can explore and adults can find their own quiet spot. On site there is also a children’s play area, a laundry room, a games room, evening bar (by arrangement) and beach toys available for guests.     Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated.
    A non-refundable £10 booking fee is applicable to all bookings.

Little Barn has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area upstairs. Downstairs are two bedrooms, including a kingsize double bedroom and a superking size or twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is a gallery bedroom with twin beds, up off the living area. Little Barn can be linked with The Granary to accommodate up to 12 people. Living Information : The first floor living room is a large space open to the rafters, with fabulous views across the gardens and countryside beyond. There is a comfortable three piece suite, fireplace, display cupboard and coffee table. Entertainment is provided by a T.V. with Freeview, DVD player and a DAB hi-fi system (including an mp3 player input). A further space provides a quiet area with desk, chair and a selection of books, away from the main living area. Kitchen Information : Kitchen : The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with ice making compartment, microwave, electric hob and double oven ample workspace.
