Gull's Nest - Holiday Cottage - Brixham

3 bedrooms, sleeps 5. Historic grade 2 building built in 1861. Modern internal fittings combined with the charms of a traditional Brixham cottage. Designated parking space on the harbour. Pets allowed. Gull’s Nest is a Brixham cottage of the highest standard, complete with a fascinating history combined with a luxury modern interior and a warm welcome. The property was home the Captain Schjonnerman in the late 19th Century, who sailed the world trading raw materials before setting up a navigation school in Hill House, part of which is now Gull’s Nest. Refurbished to a very high standard, achieving a five ‘Highly Commended’ award in the 2004/5 South West Tourism Awards. Upon arrival you will find fresh flowers in the property along with freshly baked scones or muffins, as well as coffee tea, milk, bread and butter.
