Easy access onto the beach. Sunhill is a small luxury collection of apartments overlooking Goodrington Sands, one of Torbay’s Blue Flag beaches. This wide expanse of sand is ideal for children and watersports, or a pleasant evening stoll. The apartment also overlooks Youngs Park, Quaywest Water Park and the steam railway. Paignton, with its harbour, beach and town centre full of shops, restaurants, cafés and cinema, is a 15 minute walk away. No. 9, on the ground floor, has been laid out to make the most of the location with large patio doors opening out onto the balcony and the views. The designated parking space is accessed through an archway with a height restriction of 6 feet
