Living Information The spacious living room is located on the lower level with patio doors leading out to the upper terrace, providing panoramic views across Brixham harbour and marina, and further afield across the bay. As with the rest of the property, the lounge is decorated to a very high level with modern matching two seater and three seater settees, a co-ordinated arm chair, large pouffee, and old wood effect occasional tables. Entertainment is provided by a TV with Freeview and a DVD player. There is an additional lounge area through an old stone archway off the main lounge, consisting of a three seater sofa bed, a leather chair, matching footstool, and an additional TV and DVD. There is also a delightful stone feature wall giving the room lots of 'old world' charm. This room also enjoys the stunning views across the bay and has patio doors leading out onto the upper terrace area.
