The Old Chapel is a 5 bedroom converted chapel building, over 200 years old set in the peaceful village of St Columb Minor, close to Newquay and perfect for a beach holiday, Porth Beach is only about 1 mile away. The village has a pub and village shop. Off street parking is available for one small car however there is pleny of on street parking by the property

    For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card.
    Only Saturday to Saturday bookings (or Friday – Friday where stated) are accepted in July and August.
    Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated.
    A non-refundable booking fee is applicable to all bookings.

Access can also be gained from the back via Lisburne Square, which is accessed through secure electronic gates. Parking is in the single integral garage. Myself & 11 girlfriends stayed at the Old Chapel for a Hen Weekend. It was perfect for what we wanted. There was a problem with the cystern whilst we were there, but that could not be helped by anyone & luckily it didn't have a huge affect on our stay. The property is well maintained, spacious and has just about everything that you could want/need in it (all the essentials plus laptop, games/ DVD's/ Boogie Boards / even a pinball machine!!)
The property owner & neighbours were helpful when we needed to contact them regarding the drainage issue.
The property was clean, had a good manual for usage of everything & also excellent information about the surrounding area.
St Columb Minor is a lovely little village just outside of Newquay and all local attractions seemed near.
For the money we paid to stay for the weekend I would really recommend it to anyone who wants to have a really good experience in Newquay with their family or friends and kids.
Owner's Response: Since the issue with the cistern/drainage was brought to our attention, I'm pleased to be able to say that the problem has been resolved.
