Protea is a lovely Victorian property that enjoys views over Torquay and the sea. Set over 2 floors, there is the added benefit of the large gardens and heated outdoor pool (end May - Sept).

In the opposite direction there is a pleasant woodland walk along Cockington Valley to the thatched village and Cockington Court, which has country park status and is well worth visiting.
