A particular feature of the apartment is the large balcony at the front of the property. Taking in the beautiful sea views, it is an ideal location to make the most of your stay. There is a table with 6 chairs and a parasol, as well as 2 sun loungers and 2 sun chairs. Lower ground floor 2 bedroom apartment, sleeps 5. Luxury interior furnishings and fittings including a mini-bar. Large decking area with spectacular views. Designated parking space (limited headroom under archway). Easy access onto the beach. Number 11 is situated on the lower ground floor. The separate entrance is gained by going up 6 steps onto the large balcony or alternatively, access can be gained through a communal entrance hall and a lift or stairs (12 steps) down to the lower ground floor. A large balcony area is at the front of the property allowing far reaching sea views. Outdoor furniture allows relaxing and dining alfresco.

Sunhill is a collection of luxury apartments overlooking Goodrington Sands, one of Torbay’s Blue Flag beaches. This wide expanse of sand is ideal for children and watersports, or a pleasant evening stoll. The apartment also overlooks Youngs Park, Quaywest Water Park and the steam railway. Paignton, with its harbour, beach and town centre full of shops, restaurants, cafés and cinema, is a 10 - 15 minute walk away. Number 11 is situated on the lower ground floor and can be accessed by it's own separate entrance up 6 steps onto the large balcony and through patio doors. Alternatively, access can be gained through a communal entrance hall and a lift or stairs (12 steps) down to the lower ground floor. There is one step within the apartment in the hall.

A non-refundable £15 booking fee is applicable to all bookings.
