Woodbine House is a traditional 2 bedroom house which lies a short way up Wood Lane (a fairly steep hill) in Kingswear and overlooks the River Dart from almost every room. It has a peaceful setting and yet is only a short walk from the marina car park, where guests have designated parking, and the ferries across the river to lively Dartmouth.

    Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated.
    A non-refundable booking fee is applicable to all bookings.

Fully fitted kitchen with plenty of storage space and a large integral fridge, separate freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. There is extra seating and a table in the kitchen area.
