Woodbine House is a traditional 2 bedroom house which lies a short way up Wood Lane (a fairly steep hill) in Kingswear and overlooks the River Dart from almost every room. It has a peaceful setting and yet is only a short walk from the marina car park, where guests have designated parking, and the ferries across the river to lively Dartmouth.

Local activities diving, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking

Fully fitted kitchen with plenty of storage space and a large integral fridge, separate freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. There is extra seating and a table in the kitchen area. The dining area is at the far end of the living area. Features include a music system and a large table with four chairs.
