Beautiful original south facing 4 bed Provençal villa with sunny private pool and shaded grounds set in a large garden (half acre). Delightful views of the Maures hills and within walking distance of a charming and very lively Provençal village offering all amenities with excellent restaurants, shops, boules and tennis. The villa (fully centrally heated) includes a large living/dining room with French doors to terrace. New well equipped kitchen. Sitting room with open fire. Three double bedrooms, two with en suite bathrooms. One single bedroom. Separate shower and laundry room. Further separate WC. The lively resort and beaches of both St Maxime (10 minutes) and St Tropez (30 minutes) are within easy reach.

Set amongst the vineyards of the Maures hills, Plan de la Tour is a typical provencal village. It is a bustling place full of French character with all the amenities. There are 3 boulangeries, a butcher, 2 mini supermarkets, a tabac, a newsagents, a chemist, a doctors surgery, several bars and at least 6 restaurants. There is also a Pizza van open every day for takeaway Pizzas. The village has 2 wine caves which are open for tours or to buy wine. One of these is a couple of minutes from the house. There is tennis nearby and a boules pitch and children’s play area in the village. Plan de la Tour is about 10 minutes drive from Sainte Maxime, the nearest coastal town which is a hive of activity with beautiful sandy beaches, and 30 minutes from St Tropez. It is very close to Port Grimaud, Grimaud hilltop village and La Garde Freinet. There is also a nearby adventure playground, Aqualand swimming adventure complex, mini and crazy golf courses, bowling and fairground (for older children).
