This privately owned well appointed villa is situated in an area of stunning natural beauty named Cumbre del Sol, Summit of the Sun. Designed all on one level, it is well equipped for a restful holiday with plenty of room both inside and out to relax. The very spacious, air-conditioned private villa has fantastic views of the Mediterranean. The terrace captures the sun most of the day and you are in walking distance of some amenities and near to restaurants and a supermarket. Cumbre del Sol has its own beautiful beach cove an easy 5 minutes drive from the villa. It is 10 minutes drive from Moraira with its superb beach, plentiful bars and appealing restaurants. In the other direction by 15 minutes is Javea, which also has a good beach and promenade for strolling laced with ice cream parlours, beach shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Javea also has a port area, which has kept a typical Spanish feel and the Javea pueblo with its quaint narrow streets.

This beautiful area boasts interesting towns and villages with plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes. There are ideal beaches for snorkelling and scuba diving at El Portet, Moraira with its 600-birth marina or Javea with its port and historic features. The Jalon Valley (Vall de Pop) is very picturesque, especially in almond blossom season, and a great area for walking and rock climbing. There are golf courses nearby which range from standard to deluxe, 9 or 18 hole. Local towns of Moraira, Calpe, Benissa, Teulada, Javea and Denia feature regular weekly street markets and Pedreguer has a large Sunday market. The lively resort of Benidorm is approximately 30 minutes drive with Terra Mitica and Aqualandia theme parks for the more adventurous. Alicante and Valencia are both interesting cities and have much to offer on a days visit. For sailing enthusiasts the next America's Cup will be held in Valencia. Both have airports which are about an hours drive.

This property could be suitable for the elder & infirm since it is all on one level. There is one step into the porch otherwise there are just thresholds to the front and covered naya door. Whilst wheel chair access would be easy this villa is NOT equipped for the disabled. Smokers are welcome at the villa but please refrain from smoking in the villa.
