A spacious 3 bed 2 bath fully furnished and equipped Townhouse in an excellent position with a poolside location and 500 meters from a Blue Flag beach. The house is well located close Cabo Roig village - which benefits from numerous modern bars, restaurants, large supermarkets, small shops and banks which are all within easy walking distance. On the complex is a large communal pool and sunbathing area, and each property has its own secure parking space. There are many local activities for all the family including horse riding, water sports, tennis and go karting. For golfers there are 3 championship golf courses just a few minutes drive away, with 17 other courses to play in the area. San Javier ( Murcia) Airport is only 20 minutes away, and Alicante Airport can be reached in 40 minutes. The property is ideal for beach and golf holidays whether it be on a long or short term rental basis. This is an ideal base for visiting many of the local attractions which appeal to all age groups.

Casa Anna is on the a new Aguamarina development located on the prestigious Cabo Roig area,10 km south of Torrevieja, which is a lively town with street markets, cosmopolitan shops and restaurants. Airport pickups are available from Murcia and Alicante Airports. Blue Flag Cabo Roig and Campomoar beaches are 10-15 mins walk away from the house. 3 golf courses, Campoamor, Las Ramblas & Villa Martin are 10 minutes drive. At the top of our road there are numerous bars and restaurants with a very high standard of meals - so no need to take the car. Also there is economy dining from 10 Euros per person. The lovely coastline is at the bottom of the street; with steps down to a small beach for more private sunbathing or sea angling. Local coastal walks can be enjoyed along the recently competed coastal pathway up to La Zenia and beyond.

  • PLEASE CONTACT US TO DISCUSS YOUR HOLIDAY NEEDS - WE WILL TRY TO GIVE YOU THE BEST DEAL THAT WE CAN.
    On arrival, the property will have been prepared for your occupation: including the required number of beds made up, electrics switched on etc. The lights will be turned on to welcome guests who arrive after dark, and you will be met by an employee of our managment company with the keys.You can pre-book a Welcome Pack if you which: includes a bottle of water, tea and coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, and a bottle of wine.
  • A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is required when booking. There is an after stay cleaning charge and servicing cost of £40. Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to departure, and should include an additional £100 security deposit which ill be refunded upon confirmation that our Townhouse has been left in a good and clean condition and the keys returned. Bed linen and towels for use in the Townhouse are provided. Beach towels are not provided. Every effort will be made to allow guests to stay in the Townhouse for as long as possible on the day of departure - this will depend upon information given by incoming clients and those that are departing, which we can pass on to our cleaning services. In the abscence of clear details provided by guests the Townhouse will need to be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, and can be occupied from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.
  • Airport transfers are available. These are paid locally: Murcia 30 Euros approx and Alicante 40 Euros ( approx).

Notes: The house has a full UK digital service via cable. Fans and heaters are available for warm and cold temperatures. The area is excellent for family beach holidays. There is plenty to do here, but the location has a small resort feel.

The healthy place to be. : On the outskirts of Torrevieja are two salt lakes. The concentration of salt in these picturesque lagoons helps to draw moisture out of the air. This, combined with the very low annual rainfall, creates a unique microclimate. The long sunny days, with an average temperature of 20 degrees Centigrade, makes this the ideal area for sufferers of Rheumatism, Arthritis and Asthma. Murcia is famed for it's thermal spas, and the lovely climate make exercise a joy!

Cabo Roig: Cabo Roig is a perfect location to suit all types of guest. If you want a peaceful ` chill out' in the sun on the private rooftop Solarium and around the pool or at the beach. Or if you want to fancy a more active time this is the place for you. Close by is the OrihueI Costa Resort leisure complex with it's superb facilities including a large pool, tennis courts, gymnasium and sauna, bar and restaurant. In the evening there are many quiet restaurants as well as lively local bars and clubs in Cabo Roig.

Places to visit: Elche, Murcia, Alicante and Cartegena are all within ah hour's drive. Each town has it's own Spanish flavour and a vist is recommended. There is a small water park near Torrevieja, and one hour north is Benidorm which has the biggest water park in Europe; Mundomar Sea Life Centre (the dolphins are fantastic!) and Terra Mitica theme park for those whilte knuckle rides.

Had a wonderful holiday. The appartment was excellant, the only drawback was that there was no air conditioning and as it was extremely hot it was quite uncomfortable. the area was very safe and the pool was so convienant. Because we have young children we felt very happy and content and everything was within walking distance which was brilliant. Our children made loads of friends and we had lovely neighbours that were very helpful. We are definatly going to come back in the very near future!!!!

We arrived back from this apartment full of praise for the owners everthing that they said is true. The beach is at the end of the street even though it is a peeble beach it is magnificent. We would walk to la zenia beach on this new pathway along by the sea this is just breath taking. The swimming pool is just out your front gate There are plenty of bars and restaurants close by but far enough away that you are not kept awake by noise at night. You will need a car to do the sites and the water park (highly recommended) if you have kids. There are excellent supermarkets in the area at very reasonable prices for food and wines etc. The apartment is spacious and airy there is no air con but the fans keep the apartment cool as the veranda on top draws in air and is a great place to have a cool beer while taking in the sun. It is very clean with all the mod cons. The apartment would not be suitable for people who have difficulty climbing stairs as all the bedrooms are upstairs. The people who look look after the apartment were extremely helpful to us as a family.

The only draw back for this property is that in the high season the pool area would be pretty full but dont let that put you off if you want a family holiday,value for money, a great apartment and one of the most beautiful sea walks this is the place for you Highly Recommended.

We had a great time in a wonderful house with all the equipment you need for a successful holiday. The house was clean and we felt "at home" straight away.
We daily enjoyed swimming in the pool just out of the front door and/or walked to one of the many little beaches which are all not far away to bathe/swim in the sea.
The management was very friendly, helpful and reliable.
We would advise you to hire a car to get to the big supermarkets and to explore the interesting places around (Alicante, Elche, Cartagena, Mar menor).
All in all we can clearly recommend this place to have a wonderful holiday.

Uns hat das Haus, seine Lage und Ausstattung sehr gut gefallen. Direkt vor dem Haus ist ein recht großer Swimmingpool, den wir täglich zum Schwimmen genutzt haben. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und das Management vor Ort ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig.
Man kann zu Fuß zu den verschiedenen kleinen Stränden laufen und im sauberen Meer baden/schwimmen.
Unserer Meinung nach sollte man sich für die Zeit des Urlaubs ein Auto mieten (z. B. von Deutschland aus, dann kann man es direkt am Flughafen abholen/zurückgeben), weil die großen Supermärkte doch recht weit vom Haus entfernt sind und man dann auch sehr viele interessante Orte besuchen kann (Alicante, Elche, Cartagena...).
In der Nähe des Hauses sind einige (englisch geprägte) Restaurants und Pubs. Wir haben aber meistens selbst gekocht.
Alles in allem können wir dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt.
