The main lounge area and master bedroom also have views over the pool while two smaller balconies to the rear of the apartment have views to the picturesque village with its small typically Spanish streets. There are fully fitted wardrobes to all bedrooms and the two bathrooms are fully equipped with showers and shaver points. The large kitchen/ diner has all facilities such as dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle and there is a dining table with seating for 6. The apartment benefits from a separate utility room housing a washing machine. The lounge is comfortably furnished with leather sofas and has Satellite TV/ DVD. This is an ideal holiday base for those who enjoy the usual benefits of a Mediterranean holiday by the beach but also like the mystery and charm of old Spain. The apartment is situated in the historic town of Teulada with its ancient cobbled streets, legendary fiestas and bull runs and summer medieval markets. Teulada is a superb location being a 3 minute drive to Moraira beach, 15 minutes to Javea Arenal and located one hour away from Alicante and Valencia for day trips to the city and airports. Benidorm, with all its family attractions is only 20 minutes by car or jump on the local train which also stops at Terra Mitica theme park. A bus service operates every 30 minutes to Moraira or Javea. Moraira offers 2 beautiful sandy beaches with a prestigious yacht club and marina. There is a good selection of shops at the beach and you will be spoilt for choice with over 100 restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. There are 2 golf courses nearby with mini golf for the young golfer
