This brand new, luxury townhouse is ocean front, strolling distance into the centre of the village of Praia Da Luz. A drive through electric gates leads to the the ground floor garage and family/pool room, 1 shower room and laundry. There is a terrace with views to the ocean, a pool and jacuzzi. The first floor has a spacious lounge/dining area and a beautifully fitted contemporary kitchen. There is a large balcony with table and chairs with spectacular views to the ocean and the 'Rocha Negra' rock formation. The fouth bedroom with it's own balcony is also on this floor along with a shower room. The second floor has 3 ensuite bedrooms (1 twin), The master ensuite has a separate shower and bath . The other 2 en suites have a bath with shower over. There are balconies to front and rear. The house is served by audio to all rooms, dvd player, tv and satellite.

Luz is a relaxed holiday village with a beautiful beach (short walking distance) with a number of water activities available in the Summer. There are several supermarkets, a cinema, bars, restaurants and cafes all close at hand. It has a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Lagos is approximately 7 kilometres away to the East. It is a bustling town with plenty of restaurants, bars, clubs and a large marina from which various boat trips run. To the West of Luz are numerous seafront villages and bays. Some suitable for surfing. There are several golf courses in the vicinity, the closest being Boavista, which is approximately 5 kilometres from Luz

Additional information about rental rates

  • A discount of £100 is offered for a two week booking, £200 for 3 weeks.
    There is an extra charge of £50 per week to heat the Jacuzzi.
    A travel cot/high chair are available free of charge. Please ask for these at booking.
    A security deposit of £200 will be required returnable, subject to any deductions, at the end of the stay.
    Winter rentals from £500 pw for a minimum of 1 month. £1200 pw for short stays.
    A reduced winter rate is available @ £500 pw (minimum 1 month rental) exclusive of electricity/gas/cleaning which is to be paid by the client for the period.
    A deposit of 15% will be required at the time of booking, the balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure.

A relaxed family holiday in the perfect location

We had a fantastic time in this Villa, I have been to Luz several times but this was by far the best villa. It is well presented and maintained and provides wonderful space. It’s in a lovely quiet area and an easy stroll into Luz town/beach. The facilities were great which allowed us to cook in some nights and eat out on the deck soaking in the spectacular views. A good choice of restaurants in Luz but Burgau beach bar we just loved which is only 10 minutes drive away and has wonderful fresh fish. There is great water sports on Luz beach for all. It was a little chilly at night but it was April.

The perfect getaway

I have to say the villa is absolutely amazing, we had a great time throughout our stay in Luz. The ocean view is indeed brearthtaking and the display of the space in the property is intelligent. Praia da Luz is a superbe place to spend your vacation in and I can strongly recommend the Esplanada Da Fortaleza restaurant with a beautiful view and great food as well. We had no problem finding the place on our arrival, as the description regarding the location was clearly accurate.I would definetely consider the place for another vacation or recommend it to any of my friends. The only thing you should keep in mind is that September has good weather in the daytime, but evenings can be a bit chilly, so don't forget your longsleeve and your jeans at home.
