Villa Olivia is an attractive three bedroom villa sleeping up to six people. The villa with its private swimming pool is set amongst pretty pinewoods in a tranquil location. The villa has recently undergone complete refurbishment and offers comfortable and modern facilities. Villa Olivia is situated in Son Parc on the north coast of the island, in an area of approximately three hundred hectares of landscapes and pine forests. It offers the perfect spot for a family holiday or for those demanding a golf course on the doorstep. The magnificent beach of Arenal de Son Saura lies just below the resort within 5 minutes drive of the villa, with sands stretching hundreds of metres into the bay and gently shelving making it ideal for children and wonderful for snorkelling enthusiasts with it’s crystal clear waters. There is an abundance of watersports available including windsurfing, water skiing, jet skis and pedaloes.

There is a lovely Mediterranean atmosphere in the town with bustling pavement cafes, marvellous fruit and fish markets with a maze of narrow cobble streets with architecture and many reminders of it’s Georgian past.

    A booking deposit of £150.00 per week booked is required with your written booking to cover any breakages / excessive cleaning. The full balance of the villa price is due for payment 6 weeks before your holiday start
  • The villa will be available for occupation from 2 pm on each Friday and check out on day of departure is 10 am on Friday.

    We can arrange for the hire of cots and high chairs if required.

    The charge per week for a cot is £22 per week.
    The charge per week for a high chair is £15 per week.

    We can also arrange for food starter packs to be left in villa at the commencement of your holiday to include basics such as bread, butter, fruit juice, milk, etc.

Tennis & Horse Riding: There are tennis courts located within walking distance of the villa which may be booked via the Golf Club. Horse Riding For the experienced or first timers of all ages can be found amongst other places at Club Hipic Es Beoret S'Algar. Equimar half way between Es Castell and Mahon on the turn off to Trepuco. There is also riding catering for all levels of riders available at Stables Farm. Water Parks: Water Parks Aqua Park in Cala Forcat - a small water park ideal for younger children with a restaurant and a bouncy castle play area. The park can be found on the main road going into Cala Forcat - near to Hotel Los Delphines. Aqua Rock Cala Bosc – is a larger water park than Calan Forcat. This park includes four big slides, including the Black hole and the Kamikaze, one large pool with both walk-in and jump in areas, one small pool with smaller slides for the young ones and a pool with a wave machine.

Golf: The Son Parc golf course is located within walking distance of the villa. The course offers 18 holes. There is a driving range, club house and shop and the following may be hired, clubs, buggies, electric and pull trolleys. The club also offers golf lessons.
