A beautifully located coastal first floor apartment with pool in a secure residence. Located 100 metres from Mediterranean golden sandy beaches and enjoying stunning views of the sea, marinas, and overlooking the pool. The apartment has a pleasant balcony, a well decorated modern lounge/diner with fitted kitchen. A nice shower room, separate wc, a cabin with bunk beds for children and secure private parking. Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children and also has a travel cot. The main studio has a pull out bed that conveniently pushes away during the day and a TV/DVD unit. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and electric oven. This great apartment is ideally located with a pleasant 2 minute walk to clear blue sea and golden sandy beaches. Chose from over 100 restaurants/bars, day and evening holiday entertainment in the marina 5 minutes away. Entertainment for children nearby, shops, supermarkets, weekly markets, laundry, not forgetting a wide range of enjoyable activities.

Cap d`Agde boasts 14km of sandy beaches dotted with cliffs & rocky inlets, and caters for all tastes whatever time of year. The large marina has many good restaurants serving great local cuisine. Local activities include diving, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing, paragliding. Nearby are historic sites and towns such as Agde, the second oldest town in France, charming villages and towns such as Sete and Beziers, all well worth a visit. There are many local sports and arts festivals such as water jousting in Agde and Sete and the Feria in Beziers. The local airport Beziers is fifteen minutes drive from the apartment and Ryanair flies direct from Luton, Stansted and Bristol. There are also daily flights from Paris. Other airports include Perpignan (71 miles), Nimes (74 miles) and Carcassonne (73 miles/ approx 80 min drive). Agde station (3 miles) is served by TGV from Paris and Lille (Eurostar)

Just returned from 3 weeks holiday at above apt which was clean,easily maintained,and in secure complex.We made a few visits to Lidls and Spar,which for us was about 15 mins away,and as we had no transport,we found our trolley case v. handy. Property in prime position,running from east to west, thus allowing sun on verandah from 1pm to sunset-great.Water taxi from outside complex v.reasonable at 5 euro p/p return to hub of cap d' agde, where most of action is, although there are a few restaurants and bodegas locally.(We found Bueno Vista very friendly and amicable,just across from complex at dino park).Prices in general quite expensive compared to uk e.g can diet coke-2.50 euro= £2.20, & main meal 9/10 euros upward.V good laison between owner,agent and selves,and I would recommend property to friends. All in all had a V relaxing and enjoyable holiday and as OAP's had a great time.
