Just 15 minutes away from Walt Disney World is our stunning villa. 5 minutes drive to the new $500m Posner Development with shops, cinema and restaurants. Next door to Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club, ranked in top 10 in Floirda, minutes away from Reunion, Championsgate and Celebration Chamionship Courses. The famous Outlet mall is about 25 minutes away and slightly further is Mall at Millenia. The little known but very useful Eagle Ridge Mall is 15 minutes away with cinema, bowling alley, DIllards, Sears and Outlet shops. Next door to both 24hr Wal Mart and the fine Publix supermarket.

    A non-refundable booking deposit of £200 will hold your booking. A security deposit of £200 along with the remaining outstanding balance will be required 8 weeks prior to your arrival. The security deposit will be returned within 21 days of departure if no damage or loss has been reported (this will be determined by the management company and cleaning services).
    Pool heat is recommended all year round as even in Summer it is nice to use the Spa which is heated to 102 degrees! The rate is £126 per week.
