Additional information about rental rates

  • AN ADVANCE PAYMENT OF 25% IS REQUESTED UPON BOOKING.
    Rates are based on max 12 guests sharing 6 bedrooms and does not include cleaning and laundry: 170 euro per week,when swimming pool is closed 140 euro per week.
    Towels (beach towel excluded) and linen are included in the price.
    Rates include private use of swimming pool which is normally in use from the beginning of April to the end of October.
    Utility bills (gas and electricity) and air conditioning are also included(electric allowance of 200 KwH is given each week, additional KwH used is charged at 0,30c(Euro) X KwH).
  • The week is normally intended Saturday to Saturday, check in time is between 15:00 pm and 20:00 pm and check out time is strictly by 10:00 am.
  • Single 3 bedrooms flat with exclusive use of the villa's facilities (swimming pool, garden,terrace,patios) is available. It's possible to rent only one of the two apartments
    For 60% of the above weekly charges.

We had a great holiday in your villa and like it very much: the flat,the view,
the garden,the pool and also the quietness.
Angela and Orsola were very helpfull. we didn't cook in the house,only breakfast,because we liked going out to marina quarter in Cagliari.
The evening,when we arrived very late, we had been in the restaurant/pizzeria Ghiottone.Though it was 11 pm or later,they gave us good
pizzas and beer and wine at reasonable prices.
I want t thank you,that all was OK and if i can write any recommendation for
your villa,I will do so.
I do not know about October 2010,but whenwe decide to return to Sardinia,
I will contact you again.

Great Villa and Holiday

We can overall recommend this Villa. We had been there the last week of october 2009. Though our plane was delayed and it was a little bit difficult to find in a dark night with thunderstorm and pouring rain, the housekeeper waitet for us and showed us the necessary things. The beds were already prepared, all was clean and well maintained. One has a nice view over the bay from nearly every place of the house and garden and so its very close to the city it is nearly in the country. During the night it is very quiet, a new well equipped supermarket is nearby and also some good restaurants. The beach is not in walking distance, to poetto you have to drive by car, but you can find every where a parking lot, and this beach is very, very clean, even in october, when there is no more maintenace and surveillance.
We can recommend the bellavista restaurant and opus restaurant, directly overlooking the bay,and some restaurants in Cagliari: illicu, il porto, dal corsaro, buongustaio, were we were very satisfied.
Leaving, though at 7 am was also without any problems.
I would anytime return to this villa.

Beautiful villa but variable service

Beautiful villa inside and out with great views from the garden and roof terrace.
In terms of location it is actually 8km from the capitana marine There is only one restaurant/cafe there, but it was good. Its a nice place for a walk around. Lots of pizzerias from 1.5- 4kms. Capitana itself was quite pleasant but we had only one visit and spent most of the week playing with the kids in the pool.
Overall we had fun! The villa management could have been better but we have spoken with the owners to improve this for future guests and these problems should not recur.
