    Utility bills (gas and electricity) and air con are also included (an electric allowance of 100 kwh is given each week,additional kwh are charged at 0,30c euro x kwh).

My and my family enjoyed this beautiful villa for two weeks in August,
perfect weather,very nice pool surrounded by palms,nice patio with
barbecue for dining in front of an amazing view of the bay.
The second day we hired a car as suggested by the owner to explore the
area discovering some amazing beaches like kalaemoru and the unspoiled Villasimius is just paradise.Sardinian food is great,particulary the seafood and fish and there are meny good restaurants and pizzerias near the villa.
Cagliari old town (castle) with his many characteristic pubs,restaurants,art galleries is perfect for a night out.
Thank you for the worm welcome,your assistance and the wonderfull time.

Lovely villa and very helpful manager,
although the kitchen facilities were quite basic, the crockery and glasses were made up of oddments.
It would have been very nice to eat in the garden but unfortunately there was no table or chairs other than a small coffee table.
