The urbanization has a lovely Spanish feel with many Spanish people living here all year round. The apartment would appeal to both couples looking for a relaxing holiday or for families with children as there is plenty to keep everyone happy within the urbanization or 5 minutes away from the blue flag beach.

The town of Torrevieja with its beautiful harbour and bustling nightlife is a 15 minute walk from the apartment; the town centre is reachable along a lovely promenade with lots of seafront restaurants, tapas bars and street cafes. The nearest beach to the apartment is a blue flag beach Los Nau Fragos as you can imagine it is very clean and there are climbing frames for the young children with water sports and volley ball nets for the older children and adults. The town square is very picturesque with a small church and many street cafes surrounding it to sit at with a afternoon coffee and watch the world go by, the streets off the town square have many shops to browse in and Torrevieja holds one of the largest street markets in Spain every Friday.
