Sol Sun Beach, is one of the very few apartment complexes in Tenerife offering accommodation right on the beach. Recently refurbished, it is certainly the prettiest apartment on the Aparthotel Complex, (Wheelchair Accessible). The sun shines on the terrace mid morning onwards and offers stunning views of the Atlantic and sunsets over Gomera. One of the main features is the large rooftop swimming pool with children' s section, surrounded by gardens and sun terraces, sun lounges and umbrella are also provided for your extra comfort, together with a pool bar serving snacks. A lift will take you to all floors. A 24 hour reception (English Speaking) provides added security. The complex is well maintained and offers a free professionally-run daytime and evening entertainment programme. Centrally located for shops, activities and restaurants. Fanabe, located 2 miles west of Playa de las Americas is fast emerging as the smartest resort in Playa de las Americas.

Fanabe is blessed with a beautiful promenade which is both well-lit and well patrolled by security and is perfect for people watching from the terrace or to walk off that evening meal. The centrepiece of this chic neighbourhood is the celebrity favourite Gran Melia Bahia del Duque which enjoys lavish décor and extravagant architecture. Should you head this way, don't ignore the terrific little restaurants en-route. The beachfront itself hosts a number of watersport activities from snorkelling to scuba diving to parascending. Trips to see everything from Teide to La Gomera or to see creatures as diverse as bottle-nosed dolphins to parrots. Attracting the more up market clientele and the high spending golf fraternity this resort on the fringes of Costa Adeje is most definitely is rapidly gaining a reputation for high quality hospitality.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates quoted are based on two adults sharing additional person £15.oo extra per person per week. To secure your booking a £50 non refundable deposit is required by cheque or paypal payment or postal orders to the owner and the balance due 10 weeks prior to departure. A refundable deposit of £100 is taken to cover any breakages and the return of the key when the final balance is due.
  • The apartment is available at 4pm on the date of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on departure. If you have a late flight departure, there is a luggage room by reception and showers in the toilets at reception. The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the apartment and recommend you take out suitable insurance before travelling. Rental rates include linen and towels only, you will need to provide your own beach towel Xmas and New Year weeks £450.00.

we all loved the place the apartment was clean spacious and tidy the pool area was well maintained loads of beds the breeze off the beach was very cooling outside the hotel there are loads of places to eat at very good prices" the garden bar" round the corner makes a great breakfast and very relaxing for a drink at night . the owner is very approachable and bends over backwards to make sure your stay is how it should be . will be booking here again for 2010

the apartment is spacious clean and tidy the kitchen area is large washing machine a god send when you open the patio door in morning you can hear the waves on the beach i had a wonderful 2 weeks here and my family are staying a further 2 weeks they dont want to come home . the complex is very relaxed the pool area is fantastic loved chilling here all day . there are loads of places to shop and eat all within a few min walk . we will be back here next year have enjoyed ourselves so much . thanks wendy

Excellant property in excellant location. Only gave it 4 becuase work was going on during our stay, but the noise was kept to during the day when we where out anyway. SO overall an excellant apartment.
