It would be difficult to ask for a more delightful setting. Sant'Elia is perfect for relaxing holidays, but also a perfect base from which to explore the province of Palermo. The house is located at the beach and another white sand beach with facilities distance only 300 meters. The village Sant'Elia distance 700 meters. Also Porticello is nearby. The living area and the bedrooms of Casa Sant'Elia are all on one floor. The house has 3 bedrooms, of which one has sea view, another one has sea view from its balcony and the third one has an en-suite bathroom, with shower, bidet and toilet. The other two bedrooms share the other bathroom that has also a tub. The living area (with satellite-TV and DVD) has large sea view, a fireplace, bar, sofa, and a dining table and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The shaded balcony has a seating and deckchairs. The wide roof terrace has seating, deckchairs and a barbeque. A staircase leads directly to the beach below.
