Beautiful new luxury apartment on a quiet gated urbanisation, overlooking golf course. 3 Km from Fuengirola with its many beaches, bars and restaurants. The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own private garden and terrace overlooking the golf course. Furnished to a very high standard the apartment boasts marble flooring throughout and air conditioning, The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. The lounge/diner is spacious and tastefully furnished and leads out into the private garden. Both bedrooms have twin beds and fitted wardrobes with the master bedroom being en-suite with underfloor heating. The bathroom also has underfloor heating. There is a large shared pool with a lounging area to relax in. All set within attractive gardens. The complex overlooks the Mijas hills where you will find quaint villages and plenty of walks. Nearest Airport: Malaga at 28 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Fuengirola at 3 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 3.0 Kilometres

There is a local shopping mall with a wide range of shops and restaurants and hypermarket. In Fuengirola there are also plenty of shops of all sorts and a very large market on Tuesdays. There is a bus station where you can get buses to all local areas also a train station with a direct line to the airport and all the resorts to Malaga. The beaches are beautiful at Fuengirola and all along the coast. There are plenty of watersports and sunbathing facilities. There is a water park, a zoo and in nearby Benalmadena there is a small theme park with various rides, also a cable car. Mijas Pueblo is very close by.This is a beautiful white village in the hills full of charm. and very narrow roads.There are donkey rides and pony and trap rides around the village and plenty of local crafts and leatherware to be bought. There are spectacular views across the Mijas Hills and many of the restaurants have amasing views.
