This stunning villa is set over 3 levels with stunning views across the Mediterranean. The lower level is the pool deck, on this level is where you can find the BBQ, and table chairs for al fresco dining. There is a seperate guest bedroom, accessed from the outside. This double bedroom has its own ensuite shower room. Inside on this level is the 4 th bedroom, and the laundry room, where there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a fridge here so you don't have to walk to the kitchen. The middle deck is where the spacious lounge dining room is and large modern kitchen with all mod cons. There is outside seating all along this level. The top floor and this is where the front door is, are 3 further bedrooms. The master having its own terrace and en suite bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms sharing their own terrace and shower room. IDEAL FOR 2 FAMILIES OR LARGE GROUP THERE IS ALSO A PLAYSTATION TO BE USED AT THE HOUSE AND ALSO TABLE TENNIS TABLE.

The villa is located near to the Arenal beach area, where you can find the shops, bars and restaurants. The coastal towns of Moraira and Denia are located only 10 mins drive also. The Javea golf course is 2 mins down the road and the 18 hole Marriott la Sella course only 10 mins. There is a large shopping centre opening 25 mins away if by any chance you do get a rainy day

the views from this villa are stunning and watching the sunrise was fantastic,

there are a couple of bars in walking distance and a really good supermarket where we bought all our meats etc. for the bbq.

there is a local tennis club which we used they charge 8euros per hour which was reasonable.

the satellite reception varies during the year so cant guarantee which chanels you pick up but with views like that who needs the tv.

javea is a ten minute drive away with lots of bars and restaraunts and a nice beach.

if you have children and are visiting the aqualandia go to macdonalds where you will get half price tickets, its well worth a visit.

the pool is great we were very glad of it as the temperatures were in the 30's

we all had a very nice holiday!!!!

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

We stayed in the house in Javea last year and found it ideal for our family.Like it says the house was perfect with children. Only a short drive to the beach and a walk to the local restaurants in the area. The owners were on hand with all ourt needs, including great ideas where to eat and take the children, the area was peaceful but still near to everything. Highly recommended.
