A stunning 5 bed/4bath villa with pool
Hamptonlakevilla is a stunning 5 bedroom/4 full bathroom home with large pool, double garage and an immaculately maintained garden. From the moment you step through the entrance you experience a sense of space with it’s vaulted ceiling and enclosed staircase. The ground floor offers spacious living comprising of lounge, kitchen and separate dining area plus 2 master bedrooms, both with full en-suite and large amounts of storage space. The first floor offers 3 further bedrooms. One double with full en-suite and 2 twin rooms sharing a full bathroom, added to that a lounge area with TV and VCR for separate entertainment. The villa is air conditioned throughout and is equipped with large TV, VCR and sound surround in the lounge plus further TV and audio equipment around the house. The villa also comes equipped with washer and drier, all cooking and drinks making facilities, Sattelite TV and Wireless Broadband and is fully alarmed. Linen, towels and beach towels are also provided.

Hampton Lakes is an exclusive estate of luxury houses situated on Highway 27, just off the US 192. It is a prestigious, private community set amongst the gently rolling hills and orange groves of Northeast Polk County. The estate offers easy access to Interstate 4 (less than 5 minutes), which will take you to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast or eastwards to Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach and The Kennedy Space centre. Notes to the rental rates

£100 pound per week is required on booking. This is non refundable if you choose to cancel for any reason.
The balance is due 2 months prior to departure with an additional £150 security deposit.
The security deposit is for damage due to miss use - not normal wear and tear.
The security deposit will be returned in full once the villa has been completely checked, usually within 2 weeks of your return.
POOL HEAT - If you require pool heat (usually between Oct - Apr) there is a charge of £50.00 per week.

| Notes: | There are two downstairs bedrooms which both have walk in showers which makes the property suitable for disabled people. There is a Landing area which provides an additional TV with Satellite TV and Video player + DVD. There is also a Playstation 2 console with a couple of games provided. (probably better to bring a couple of your own). There are numbers than can be provided to help with attraction tickets and a helpful guide book to the villa facilities, the local area for shops and restaurants. The Estate has a communal pool, tennis courts, volley ball court and children's play area. |
Orlando's Doorstep
It really is a great vacation location offering all the thrills of Orlando and a relaxing and welcoming holiday home. Space Centre, Cocoa Beach, (great for surfing) 1 1/2 hours drive east. Busch Gardens 1 hours drive Gulf Coast St. Pete's Beach, Clearwater etc 1 1/2 hours drive west Daytona - 1 1/2 hours drive east. This is a real nice property, it is described accurately, good location. House is clean. The house has all you need, lots of bathrooms etc. The owner was great to deal with. I have already recommended this house to a friend and would do so again.
Close to attractions, Disney etc. but quiet area.
