Overlooking the south of the island this villa is the perfect choice for your holiday in Ibiza. The quality of the house inside & out is very high and it is in an ideal location. The property is set on three floors & it is very well decorated with a touch of classic & rustic style. Set across four hundred square metres including terraces - There is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, on the lower level and a large laundry room and storage room. Steps into the house lead you onto the first floor, where you will find a large, spacious lounge & dining area which leads you through onto the patio and down to the swimming pool. The kitchen is very modern with all the facilities, a storage room and a toilet room are on the first floor as well. The outside of the villa is beautiful - all the furniture used outside is of the highest quality, with a well kept garden surrounding the pool and sundeck area. All these comforts and facilities are just minutes walk from the sea and shops.

Situated on the outskirts of the main town of Ibiza, the Villa is located in an exclusive residential area which is within walking distance of shops, supermarkets, cafe's, banks and a 15 minute walk to the beach at Playa D'en Bossa. Close to Ibiza town, there is a bus stop just outside the villa and a regular bus service into town where you will find the best shops and boutiques, stylish bars, restaurants along with the trendy world famous clubs. It is the perfect location for your holiday, close to the action, but just enough removed to be absorbed in your own private tranquility. 4 min drive from Ibiza Town and the Port of Ibiza. 3 mins drive from the Airport 6 mins drive from San Jose and only minutes from all the very famous restaurants on the San Jose road like KM5, Cova Santa etc. Car hire is not essential but I often recommend it. 2 mins drive from Playa den Bossa beach. 6 mins drive from Talamanca Beach. 5 mins drive from Salinas Beach.

Outside Area: The villa has two outside areas; the first one is in front of the house where there is a small garden on one side with a big patio where you are able to park your car. You can walk from here along one side of the property and enter the garden area in the back of the villa where the pool, wooden sunloungers and barbecue area can be found. This area is very generous in size and the pool is 10x12 metres in size. The swimming pool area is all surrounded by stoned floor green grass which is comfortable for you to walk on. You can access from here to one of the terrace´s that overlooks the pool area.

Cleaning/towels/linen.: All the bedlinen and towels are provided upon arrival. Should you wish to have additional cleaning or linen services there will be a small additional charge. Pool cleaning will be done automatically once a week or more if required.
