This extremely charming old Bastide is situated in a cluster of old houses in the countryside not far from the listed village of Seillans. If you want to spend a holiday in the genuine charm of the South of France, this is the place for you. The Bastide has been totally renovated, and it has its own pool and lovely enclosed terrace with a summer kitchen and outdoor sitting area. When on the property, you have total privacy. The bedrooms are large and the bathrooms newly renovated. The kitchen is also new and has everything you need for cooking. In the summer the outdoor kitchen is where you cook and where you live. There is only 5 min to the village with its small supermarket, bakery, butcher and four good restaurants. Seillans is a very old and beautiful village perched on a hilltop and has fantastic views toward the sea and to the north toward the mountains. It is not far from the village of Fayence with its lovely market and even more restaurants.

Seillans is one of five perched villages located just west of Grasse and north west of Cannes. The other villages are called Montauroux, Callian, Tourettes, Fayence. Seillans is the oldest and listed as one of the untouched villages of Provence. There are many good restaurants in the area including several with Michelin stars. We can offer the typical local markets that are known to this area. We are only 15 minutes from good vineyards where you can buy directly from the farm as well as you will be able to buy the local olive oil. We are only 20 minutes drive from Cannes and 50 from Nice. You can visit all the sights on the coast and at the same time drive back and enjoy the quiet area in the back hills. Behind us you will find the mountains where you can hike and drive through the large cliffs. All in all this area offers a large variety of things to do.

Golf: This is an ideal area for golfing. You can reach many golf courses within one hours drive. The nearest golf courses are the two new courses at the Terre Blanche only 10 minutes drive from the house. These golf courses are worth a visit. From the course you have fantastic views toward the villages and in the background the mountains. The domain de Terre Blache includes a Four Season Resort Hotel and you might even want to visit their magnificent restaurant Le Faventia which was rewarded a Michelen star last year.

Visits: There are many interesting places to visit in the area including all the old villages with their local markets. Seillans is also very close to the coast where you can visit Cannes, Nice, Monaco and of course St. Tropez. The beaches are not far away and if you prefer the mountains you can visit the Gorges du Verdon only one hours drive from the house. The area offers everything.
