Custom Saltbox style home in a private setting. It located at the end of a quiet street and yet it is convenient to Pleasant Bay, beaches, shopping, Brewster and Chatham. Attention to every detail has been considered. Equipped with everything brand new--state of the art appliances, furnishings and ammenities. The first floor is an open floor plan with hardwood floors, cathedral ceiling with sky lights. The living room has a fireplace with flat screen TV and opens to an outside mahogany deck with gas grill and new patio furniture. The Kitchen is built for the gourmet with custom cabinets, 5 burner convection gas double oven, wine fridge and bar seating for 4. Recess lighting through out. The first floor bedroom has an on suite bath with a double sink bath and a double head shower. Upstairs is another bedroom, bathroom with double head shower and loft with a futon, TV and playstation. Other perks of this home--flat screen TV with DVD, central a/c and linens are included. Available for all seasons!
