The POSITION of the villa is a valid START POINT to visit the most important touristic sites in DAILY EXCURSIONS as it is situated at only 1 km far from the Junction of motorways - ( A/29 Palermo - Trapani - Agrigento). This is a very nice flat, quiet, ideal to visit the Island. In the LOLITA HOUSE there are same apartments with View of Sea Opposite, big spaces, ALL HOUSE GIVES HOSPITALITY TO 20 PEOPLE. br Comfortable apartments Self catering 2/7 people situated in a sunny and quiet GUEST HOUSE close the Beach in locality Balestrate village on a distance of 40.00 Km from Palermo or Trapani. It is composed of an kitchen furnished with Crockery, Cutlery, Cooking stove, Oven, Refrigerator, Freezer, Coffeepot, etc. The sleeping zone has one double bedroom, and living room with sofa bed. The bathroom with a shower, bidet and hairdryer. Final cleaning of the apartment and linen, 60 Euros. The central heating is Extra charges (10 Euros per night).
  • Booking down payment 30 %, the rest of payment when you arrive in Sicily.
    Guarantee deposits requested: Used by the landlord as a guarantee against any damage caused by the tenant. The deposit is returned at the end of the rental period.
  • We organize upon demand PICK UP from Palermo and Trapani Airports to my flats in Balestrate.
    Attention; in the airports there are always taxi local available - but it is prudent as they can try to make the tourists to pay too much.
