This modern,spacious 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom apartment in Playa Flamenca,tastefully furnished to a high standard throughout,is close to local amenities.(10 min walk ).Bedrooms have 2 single beds,ample storage.Lounge area has modern furnishings with a large comfortable sofa bed,sleeping a further 2 guests.A modern tiled bathroom features bath,shower and bidet.Fitted American style kitchen.Homely comforts include Satellite TV,DVD with films,stereo,washing machine, ironing/board,fridge freezer,hair-dryer.This apartment is an ideal home in the sun, has great beaches, golf, local markets.Air-conditioning for summer months and warm air heating for winter breaks.A fantastic roof solarium has sea views and the balcony area is great for eating al fresco, patio furniture on both.We have a choice of 2 communal pools one of which our apartment looks onto.Off road parking is for 1 car.Included for guests use are beach parasols,chairs,beach mats and cool box for those lazy days at the beach

Our apartment is 10 minutes walk from two large commercial centres with dozens of restaurants and bars. There are numerous high quality beaches within a 5 km radius and three superb golf courses, Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are all within a short drive (approx 10 to 20 minutes). There is a bustling Saturday market in Playa Flamenca - regarded as the best in the area. Torrevieja, a 10 minutes drive away, is a beautiful Spanish town, boasting a marina, local street markets. Street entertainment, shops/shopping centres, numerous cafes, restaurants and bars.Whether you want relaxation or plenty to do this is an ideal location,not forgetting the sunshine boasts an average of 320 days a year.Alicante airport and Murcia are easily accessible,pickups can be organised

Additional information about rental rates

  • Please note there is a 50 Euro charge for cleaning and laundry. This is NOT included in the rental rate but paid locally on arrival to key holder. Booking dates can be flexible when possible. A £100 non refundable deposit is required within 7 days of booking and the balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure. Bed linen and towels are provided. Guests are required to bring their own beach towels. There is also a £100 key/security payment payable with final balance which is refunded in full on your return and subject to there being no damage/loses reported .Short stays welcome and reductions given for long term lets.

Surrouning Area: Located on the Costa Blanca,Playa Flamenca is a 10 minute drive from Torrevieja. Torrevieja is a popular resort, renowned for its large salt-water lakes; it has many bars and restaurants, a seafront promenade, a large open air market, as well as a marina. On the outskirts of Torrevieja there is a great new outdoor shopping centre, called 'habaneras', with a mixture of stores including many you will see at home. Nearby there is plenty to do including ten pin bowling, aqua park, cinema and go-karting. If you want to venture further afield you can take a visit to the typical Spanish historic towns of Elche, Murcia, Alicante or Cartagena or the lively Benidorm with the 'Terra Mitica' Theme Park just over an hour away. PLEASE NOTE YOU CAN FLY INTO ALICANTE OR MURCIA AIRPORTS-Transfers from airports can be arranged cost paid locally on arrival.

Golf Courses: There are several well known golf courses nearby.Villa Martin a championship course is approx 10 min drive away,Campoamor,Las Ramblas are both within easy drive away.Playa Flamenca is also a good central location for access to the famous La Manga golf course. Our apartment is ideally situated for golfing holidays and we can offer advise on booking courses and club hire if required.We can also help with organising taxis to and from golf courses

Roof Terrace: The large rooftop solarium is an ideal sunspot and boasts views of the Costa Blanca sea and pool area.Also an excellent area for Al Fresco dining ,BBQ provided -There is a great local butcher nearby who does a mean steak and burger. Seating/dining is for 6 people. 3 sunloungers with bright coloured cushions for topping up that tan .

Other Activities: Go karting,local markets.waterslide park.

Great holiday.

This is the second holiday we have had at Ian and Karen’s apartment and would not hesitate to return or recommend it.

The flat was very well equipped, clean and nicely decorated. Sun terrace and location beside the pool were great. We deliberately didn’t hire a car, choosing to walk because restaurants, supermarket, beach and gym were all within easy walking distance. The area in and around Playa Flamenca was bustling with a range of nice bars and very good restaurants.

Overall - great accommodation in a quiet area, close to good holiday amenities.

Annual Holiday July & Break in May

Having been to this apartment previously we had no hesitation in returning again in May with our 2 daughters & Grandson and everything was to our complete satisfaction and we had a most enjoyable break away for our week's stay. My wife & I returned again in July/August for our annual holiday in Playa Flamenca and I have no reservation whatsoever in recommending this property. We will definetly be returning here again on our next visit to Spain. As we always rent a car on our arrival at Murcia or Alicante it is central to all amenities even without a car. Looking forward to our next stay again at this property.

lovely week away

We went to this apartment for a week and i cannot fault it in any way.it had all mod cones and Ian had it arranged for us to be picked up at airport at a reasonable cost.There was plenty of information in folder about all the amenities
the property was spotless clean and i would recommend it to anybody.it is only a couple of minutes walk to amenities and big market on saturday.Thanks again to Ian and Karen

A WEEK BEGINNING SEPTEMBER

I went for a week to this apartment with my daughter and we both found the apartment had everthing to make our stay very comfortable. We were picked up by car from the airport (arranged by Ian) and taken to the apartment journey of about 20 mins. The apartment was spotless and had everything you needed for the beach but I enjoyed sitting on the veranda as it was warm but sheltered from the sun. The pool was very good being just beside the apartment The beds were very comfortable and we were very pleased it had the air conditioning as it was very warm. We didn,t have a car (wich would have been useful) but found the bus went from the main road near the mercadona and went to Torrievieja Alicante and many other places and was very reasonable. There were many restaurants and bar within easy walking distant and we ate out every night and didn,t find it expemsive, but facilities excellant if you wanted to cater for yourself. I am going back in March as I enjoyed it so much.

recommended apartment- great holiday

a lovely apartment with an excellent pool right next to it. all mod cons with a solarium and balcony, plenty of outdoor furniture and has everything you need to take with you for a day on the beach. would recommend a car for trips to the beach and to travel around. benidorm is about an hours drive away. there are plenty of maps, directions and recommended restaurant in the apartment, our favourite was the judges restaurant, the kids loved the park and the food, entertainment was good. thanks ian and karen for the brilliant welcome pack and next time we will have to make it two weeks as one was not enough!
