There are 3 bedrooms and 1 shower room, one master bathroom. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen plus living/dining area with a wood burning stove for the cooler months. There is also air-conditioning, providing additional heating when necessary. A newly constructed porch area incorporates the barbecue and a rustic bread oven, with loads of space for dining al fresco and relaxing in the shade when necessary. The pretty garden has a pool-side sunbathing terrace . Relax by the pool listening to the stream running over the river stones. We also have a roof top terrace & a breakfast terrace. There is ample space for parking and the walled grounds are secure with walls to the front , chain link fence rear and side, locking gates for car and pedestrian gate

The third bedroom again has twin beds with space for a child bed if needed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans to aid ventilation in the warmer months of July and August. All bedrooms have bedside lamps for reading.
