1.5km from the quaint typically Spanish town of Coin and 5km from Alhaurin El Grande this tastefully restored farmhouse is located 200 meters from the rio grande river with miles of country walks under the tall eucalyptus trees. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 shower room, one master bathroom. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen plus living/dining area with a wood burning stove for the cooler months. There is also air-conditioning, providing additional heating when necessary. A newly constructed porch area incorporates the barbecue and a rustic bread oven, with loads of space for dining al fresco and relaxing in the shade when necessary. The pretty garden has a pool-side sunbathing terrace . Relax by the pool listening to the stream running over the river stones. We also have a roof top terrace & a breakfast terrace. There is ample space for parking and the walled grounds are secure with walls to the front , chain link fence rear and side, locking gates for car and pedestrian gate

The third bedroom again has twin beds with space for a child bed if needed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans to aid ventilation in the warmer months of July and August. All bedrooms have bedside lamps for reading.
