Traditional farm property which has been tastefully renovated with one 5-bedroom house and another with 3 bedrooms. Independent accommodation with both houses side-by-side. Fantastic terrace with views of the poplar grove, the river and several hectares of countryside. A genuine rural atmosphere, completely tranquil. Just 40 minutes by car from the international airport in Granada and just 10 minutes from the picturesque towns of Moclín and Alcalá la Real. Ideal for enjoying walks through the countryside and all the local wildlife or simply for relaxing. Guests have access to all the facilities of the farmhouse including the parking area, children´s play area, private swimming pool with marvelous views of the poplar grove and completely private, barbecues, garden, solarium and garden furniture for taking the sun in total privacy or for dining outdoors in the evening. There are several hectares of poplar grove around the farmhouse which belong to the property for our guests to enjoy.

Seaside/Beaches: The nearest beaches (Salobreña / Motril) are about 1 hour 20 minutes away by car. Marbella and Puerto Banús are a couple hours away. How to arrive: Granada airport is 40 minutes away by car. Málaga is 1 hour 30 minutes away. Owing to its rural setting, hiring a car is essential. Distances: There are a great number of places to visit on day trips: Granada- 45 min; La Subética National Park- 1 hour; The Alpujarras- 1 hour 20 minutes; Sierra Nevada National Park- 1 hour 20 minutes; Córdoba- 1 hour 30 minutes; Seville- 2 hours. Other visits: The historic town of Alcalá la Real is just 10 minutes away by car and offers many services including an ample selection of bars and restaurants, supermarkets, banks, post office and 24-hour medical centre. The town´s market day is on Tuesday. The small historic town of Moclín is also just 10 minutes away by car. Sierra nevada ski Slopes at 1 h 20 by car.
