Restaurant abound in Falmouth. All types of cuisine is possible. There are very good Thai, Nepalese, Indian etc restuarants but best of all are the Fish restaurants.. If your budget will allow then we could recommend a different venue each night and all would be excellent.
Pubs are friendly and live music is playing in at least two of the towns inns every night.
Jazz, Blues, Folk, Oldies, you name it and it there.
Falmouth also has an indoor Pavillion with international artists performing throughout the summer.
Beaches, local sights and walking :
Falmouth has three beaches, all have blue flag status. Water is clean and clear and all three beaches have sand. It is easy to walk from our cottage to the beaches.
Coastal paths of course are what some people come for, through National Trust land, coves, headlands, probably the best scenery in UK.
Bodmin Moor is close, and St Ives, the Lizard, Lands End, Stone Circles are all within easy reach by car.
