Our apartment is a home from home, located in the heart of Mayrhofen, close to the shops, restaurants and apres-ski facilities. The Penkenbahn lift is approximately 1 minutes walk. The swimming pool and leisure facilities are right next door! The accommodation comprises of 2 double bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with two singles. Child put up bed and travel cot also available on request. Balconies with breath taking views over the village and mountains. A lounge/dining area with wooden flooring and log burning stove, seating for 5 people with TV/DVD and games. A fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Ideal accommodation to take full advantage of all the door step activities both in the winter and summer seasons. Our apartment is for those looking for the best comfort, quality and location in the village.

Notes to the rental rates

• Due to the changes in the seasons, the above rental rates are a guide, please inquiry direct for exact costings.
  25% of total rental income must be paid at the time of making the booking. The balance must be received 8 weeks before the first day of the booked period. For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full rental cost must be received at the time of booking.
  A damage deposit of £250 is required prior to the booked period to cover any damage to the apartment, furniture, equipment and utensils. This will be refundable within 2 weeks of the last day of the booked period or on return of the apartment keys, providing the apartment is left in good order and upon satisfactory condition report from our local management agent. The re is a £50 final cleaning bill which is payable two weeks prior to booking.
  Cancellations must be made in writing 12 weeks before the booked date although the 25% deposit is non-refundable.

Leisure Facilities

The apartment is ideally situated next to Mayrhofens indoor and outdoor water park 'Erlebnisbad Mayrhofen'. In the summer it's open air adventure pool and the outdoor play activities, offers fun for the whole family, from experienced swimmer to sun worshipper. In the winter, after the skiing, the indoor pool, sauna's and jacuzzi are a must. Transport

Once in Mayrhofen, you do not need transport as you are located right in the centre of the resort.
