This spacious airy villa is set in its own grounds of the hillside above the valley of san Agustín, peaceful part of the country side and it´s only 5 minutes walk from the busy village of San josé with its shops, banks, bars,... Ibiza town and san Antonio are all within a few minutes drive. In the South West of the Island the villa is at 5 minutes from best beaches of Ibiza Island, Cala Bassa, Cala Conta, Cala Tarida and Cala Vadella. The villa is situated in a very tranquil area surrounded by pine trees and local vegetation. There is a porch by the pool to provide shade from the midday sun, with BBQ and garden/pool lights for dining out at night. Sunbeds for lazing. Clients are always delighted.Come and stay in this dreamy place and enjoy the best of Ibiza.You will feel totally private A maid comes three days a week, change of sheets weekly, and towels twice a week.

Sant Josep is one of the most beautiful villages on Ibiza and is ideally located in the southern part of the island. Only 15 minutes from Ibiza Town and no more than 10 minutes from many beautiful beaches. The villa is the perfect base for visiting the whole island or for just chilling out by the pool enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Ibiza is full of activities: diving, sailing, water ski-ing, para gliding, horse riding, windsurfing, golf, jet sking, yacht charters, world cuisine restaurants and not least, the islands famous nightclub scene. Just 10 minutes from the famous night life of San Antonio town, where you can also find a great range of sports and entertaiment.
