This beautiful 3 bed, 2 bath executive home backs onto the 11th tee of the golf course and enjoys a beautiful outlook down the 10th fairway. The home is located on the Highlands Reserve sub division which has its own golf course and club house.

Located off Highway 27 near the intersection with I-4 this is a great location for the major theme parks and convenient links to the beach. All well known shopping mall’s are in close proximity. Just next to the sub division is a shopping area that includes supermarket, various restaurants and bars, so there's no need to venture too far away if you don't want to!

The electric heated pool and spa also benefits from an extended deck area and lanai so that you really can enjoy the wonderful weather and view throughout your vacation. The deck benefits from the sun for most of the day and evening.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen that includes cooker, fridge freezer with in built water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. All kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and pots and pans are included. The kitchen leads into the dining area which overlooks the pool and golf course. The large living room with cathedral ceilings provides a relaxing space in which to enjoy the large flat screen TV. The home benefits from free long distance and international calls to landlines.

The master bedroom has a King size bed and features a huge en suite bathroom with shower and separate bath. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, with the third bedroom having 2 Twin beds. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath tub.
