Beautiful new townhouse situated in the Las Fuentes (the fountains) part of Alcossebre. Ideal summer holiday rental, 5 minutes walk from the beach and marina. The house consists of 3 double bedrooms, 2 with balcony and one with stunning views of the surrounding hills. 2 bathroom/shower room’s plus outside utility room with shower. Air conditioning and heating is provided throughout. Light, spacious lounge/dinning room, with 2 comfy sofas, opens onto a south facing double patio. English satellite TV plus DVD. Kitchen fitted with all amenities. Secure, private, underground parking within the complex. Stunning landscaped grounds with an infinity pool overlooking the sea, considered to be the best in Alcossebre. Sunbath by the pool or read and relax in the shade of the surrounding pine trees. Very close to a wide range of shops and restaurants.

The charming village of Alcossebre is situated on the beautiful unspoilt Costa Azahar, or Orange Blossom Coast, between Valencia 1hr, and Barcelona 2.5hrs. It has fully retained its Spanish character and has escaped the high rise developments as all building is restricted to 3 storeys. It boasts 5 beaches all with Blue Flag status complete with volleyball nets, climbing frames and showers. In season, there are paddle boats, jet skis and scuba- diving for hire. A wide variety of restaurants, shops and Tapas bars are all within walking distance. There is a Water World Park and a Go Carting track at Benicassim plus Universal Studios Theme Park at Port Aventura. Two excellent golf courses within 40mins drive. Club de Campo del Mediterráneo, Castellon and Panoramica Golf & Country Club, Vinaros designed by Bernhard Langer. Visit medieval mountain villages such as Morella, or the monastery and viewpoint at El Pinar, Villafames and Peniscola. Daily diving trips to the Columbretes Islands

The rental property was just as it had been described so we were thrilled with our choice. It was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The pool was absolutely beautiful with a smaller pool for children.
The owners were very helpful and we were met upon arrival to find a very welcome initial supply of basic provisions including tea, coffee, wine and water! There is a wide variety of restaurants in the marina including something for everyone i.e English/Spanish/French med/Pizza and Ice-Cream/Tapas and all catered well for the children. The resort was very quiet in May but certainly an away from it all holiday and very relaxing. I understand the resort becomes much busier in the months of July/August when there is an abundance of activities on the beach.
