This area leads onto a large private part-covered balcony which offers mountain views. The balcony is not overlooked and is furnished with a luxury teak table and chairs and is sheltered from the sun in the morning so is ideal for breakfast time. In the afternoon the balcony attracts the sun. The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, grill, toaster and kettle.
