These two condo villas, 'Coastal Chateau' ( 2 bedroom ) and 'Paradise Island' ( 1 bedroom ), are located on the beautiful coast of Orange County sitting in the middle of Los Angeles and San Diego. Directly below the condo sits the Strands Beach a romantic spot for loved ones or fun for kids of all ages. Just around the bend is the famous Salt Creek Beach. These two beaches come together and meet directly in front of the 'Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel', one of the ten best hotels in the world.

The Coastal Chateau is the perfect place to relax and enjoy. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom upstairs unit with a very open floor plan and lots of Sun light. The ceilings are high vaulted; kitchen is for a person that loves to cook coming fully equipped with just about everything you will ever need including spices. The condo floor plan is very open, simple and will dazzle you with the feeling of European comfort. The bedding is high quality 1000 thread count sheets, pillow top bed that will leave you with the feeling you have slept on a cloud. The complex is located in one of the most desirable areas in Southern California. Everything is very close and with a few minutes, you can be almost anywhere you may want to travel.

We are at a perfect location for day trips to Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Hollywood, San Diego, Mexico’s Tijuana as well as Catalina Island which is straight in front of the beaches shoreline (beautiful sunsets).

There is also skiing in the winter at Big Bear Lake in the San Bernardino National Forest, Palm Springs and the California Desert's are just down the road. All three of these are within a 2 hour drive.

As you can see, this is a great location to stay and bring your family. We are located in an area that some consider a shoppers dream. South Coast Plaza, Laguna Beach, Newport Beach's Fashion Island, Dana Point Beach and Harbor, Huntington Beach, Mission Viejo and of course the outlet malls at Carlsbad. You can shop until you drop and all within a 30 minute drive.

This area is breath taking. A lighthouse life guard platform divides the Strands Beach from Salt Creek where boogie boarding and surf enthusiasts flock to ride that one great wave. Salt Creek Beach if known around the world for boogie boarding.

These two properties are located in an area that some consider 'you can find anything you wish from top names to fun activities of shopping'. We are at a perfect location for day trips to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Hollywood, San Diego, Mexico's Tijuana, San Juan Capistrano's Old Mission and a ferry ride away from Catalina Island and much more. This is a home away from home; a beautiful extension of our hearts, come enjoy it as we do.

Great attention to detail - beautiful place

We spent a fabulous 9 days at the condo. It is exactly as pictured, beautifully presented and the additional attention to detail really does make this an excellent place to stay. Phil called on our first night to make sure everything was ok and he was really helpful whenever we wanted any additional information. We would definately recommend staying here either for those people looking to relax on the beach/by the pool or for those wanting to get out and explore LA, Orange County and San Diego. The beach within walking distance of the condo is lovely. There's lots of great restaurants locally too.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Monarch beach

We had a great time in California made all the better for the place we had. When we arrived the Condo was very clean and well equipped it had all you could want, it was home very quickly. To our surprise and delight all you needed for the beach including towels was there and the beach is wonderful. The owner was very helpful he even arranged for our Tickets for the Lakers game to be on the side the day we arrived. Any problem we had he sorted immediately for instance we are not used to cable so could not work the TV a quick call and the problem solved (we had pushed the buttons in the wrong sequence) and my son and daughter were happy. There are plenty of shops near by but you do need a car and I would recommend Sat Nav (GPS). If you go to LA for the Parks Universal is a little drive but worth the extra time in the car. The Condo has a folder with lots of information also broad band available. We visited when the whales were migrating and went on a boat trip recommended by the owner it was great and we did see a whale. I would love to visit again and would recommend this Condo to friends without hesitation. Chris
