This beautiful villa is located in Ericeira Beach, only one hour to Lisbon center and 10 minutes to Mafra. The property has a nice garden with 1000 sq m, 4 comfortable bedrooms (sleeps 8 people), living room, full Kitchen with eating area and 3 bathrooms. From the Balcony we have a fantastic Sea View to the Atlantic Ocean where the Sunset is unforgettable. There are some restaurants and little shops at walking distance from the villa and is very easy to go to Mafra (fantastic monument with the bigger bells in Europe) and to Lisbon centre by Motorway. The place is very quiet and noisy free where you will relax along the year. The nearest beach is only 10 min. drive. Also, you will find some golf courses near the property. (One of the best is Praia del Rey Golf Course -The Third in Europe) . If you like a touristic tour, you can enjoy at Sintra, Mafra, Òbidos or Peniche (fishisng villa), only half an hour drive.
