Casa Isabella is a unique villa set right on the shores of Lake Bracciano, in the heart of the Roman countryside. It sits in the middle of its own beautiful grounds of over an acre, and is reached through wrought iron gates at the end of a private lane.
The English style, beautifully kept mature gardens with lawns, shrubs and trees offer plenty of shade and lead down to the lake, with direct access to a secluded volcanic sandy beach with wooden jetty.
The Accommodation:
The spacious and very pleasantly furnished accommodation on the ground floor, comprises of an arched porch, which leads into the marble floored entrance hall. To the right though an archway is a very large, elegant living room with travertino marble flooring, antique furniture, marble topped coffee tables, grand piano, and large double-glazed doors opening out onto the semi circular patio with beautiful views down the garden to the lake. There is a good sized light, airy and well-equipped kitchen reached from the hallway, with patio double glazed doors leading to a shaded side terrace. There are 2 good sized rooms, 1 double and 1 twin bedded room and 2 bathrooms.
The Upper floor is accessed via its own staircase, and has a very stylish living/dinning room, which gives on to a large terrace with spectacular views. It has a well equiped kitchen, 2 good size rooms 1 double and 1 twin bedded and 1 bathroom.
