There is a good sized light, airy and well-equipped kitchen reached from the hallway, with patio double glazed doors leading to a shaded side terrace. The upper floor of the villa is accessed via it's own staircase, and comprises of an elegant living room leading onto a large terrace with spectacular views across the lake. There is a good sized well appointed kitchen and modern bathroom.

The ground floor of the villa is rented out for 1 -4 person only, we only ever rent the villa as one unit, it comprises of 1 double room and 1 twin room, with 2 bathrooms, and kitchen, a very large beautifully appointed sitting/dining room which gives on to a beautifully maintained mature garden, which leads down to the lake shore, which in turn is accessed through a wrought iron gate, making it very safe for children.

Casa Isabella

Casa Isabella is a unique villa set right on the shores of Lake Bracciano, in the heart of the Roman countryside. It sits in the middle of its own beautiful grounds of over an acre, and is reached through wrought iron gates at the end of a private lane.

The English style, beautifully kept mature gardens with lawns, shrubs and trees offer plenty of shade and lead down to the lake, with direct access to a secluded volcanic sandy beach with wooden jetty.

There is a good sized light, airy and well-equipped kitchen reached from the hallway, with patio double glazed doors leading to a shaded side terrace. There are 2 double rooms, and 2 bathrooms. The Upper floor is accessed via its own staircase, and has a very stylish living/dinning room, which gives on to a large terrace with spectacular views. It has a well equiped kitchen, 2 good size rooms 1 double and 1 twin bedded and 1 bathroom.
