Second floor luxury self-catering flat overlooking the third tee of one of two 18 hole courses in Mijas Golf. The flat has two twin bedded rooms, an en-suite with shower, toilet, bidet and and jacuzzi bath, as well as a separate shower and toilet. The lounge/diner has fabulous uninterrupted views of the golf course. There is heating and air conditioning, marble floors, a kitchen with all mod cons including a dishwasher and washing machine. The west facing terrace is superb for al fresco eating. There is a lift and secure underground parking as well as a lock-up storage room. The large shared outdoor pool is cleaned daily, and the gardens are well tended. The block is quiet, and a few hundred yards from the luxury Byblos hotel, which has restaurants and a spa and beauty centre. The flat is under 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport and is perfect for an all year round holiday.

The apartment lies in the Mijas Golf development. There are currently 2 18 hole golf courses and a driving range nearby. Golf buggies and excellent golf instruction are available A third 18 hole course is being developed. The luxury Byblos 5 star hotel is within walking distance, with bars, restaurants and a state of the art Spa, as well as tennis courts. The El Limonar complex has its own outdoor pool and well maintained gardens. It is a short drive to the bustling seafront resort of Fuengirola, and along the coast a few kilometres to numerous sandy beaches and seafood restaurants. Puerto Banus is a half hour drive along the coast road - it is a stylish resort with a luxury marina and shops. A few kms from the flat is a new multiplex cinema showing films in both Spanish and English, as well as an air-conditioned shopping centre with fashion and furniture shops and a large supermarket. 20kms away is Malaga - the home of the Pablo Picasso art museum.
