This beautiful, self-catering apartment is located on one of the most desirable developments in the area. Los Jardines de Santa Maria is an award winning development that is secure yet relaxed. It's set in fabulous gardens and has 4 swimming pools on site. It is a short walk to the beach (10 mins) one of the best on this stretch of coast. The famous Santa Maria golf course is just 2 minutes from the apartment and golf can be pre-booked in advance with a discount. Shops and restaurants are just a 5 minute walk away.The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the terrace which overlooks the gardens and one of the pools) and 2 bathrooms. It has been furnished to a very high standard and is secure. There is air-conditioning, TV, DVD and stereo. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc. The terrace is over 20 sq meters and has sun loungers, parasol and top of the range BBQ.Elviria is a beautiful old town just outside Marbella

Elviria is the perfect location for every holiday-maker. It is a 5 minute ride to the ultra-trendy Marbella with fantastic restaurants and night life which blend seamlessly with the traditional Old Town attractions. Just further is Puerto Banus perfect for serious shopping and partying. For those that prefer a more relaxed holiday we are surrounded by over 50 quality golf courses which can be pre-booked with discount. A 10 minute walk takes you to the best, sandy beach on this stretch of coast which has the world famous Nikki Beach on it along with several beautiful restaurants on the beach. If you don’t fancy leaving the complex, we have 4 pools and extensive gardens for you to relax in. The commercial centre of Elviria is just a 2 minute walk away and has everything you need if you don’t want to travel. There are several banks, 2 supermarkets, shops and a huge choice of cafes, bars and restaurants. There is a taxi rank here and buses stop here for Marbella and Puerto Banus.
