Villa Jasmine is furnished using only products made by local craftsmen and is of a very high standard. With marble floors throughout, the villa is very comfortable and caters for every need. The downstairs living area is open plan and comprises a tastefully furnished and comfortable lounge which leads to the fully equipped kitchen. There is a downstairs shower room with shower, WC and wash hand basin, which also houses the washing machine. Upstairs are three well furnished and spacious bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin) all have fitted wardrobes with ample storage space. The south facing master bedroom and twin room share a balcony with stunning views of Bellapais Abbey and the mountains. All bedrooms have air conditioning units. The bathroom has a shower, wash hand basin and WC. Outside there is ample furniture for al fresco dining, a large barbeque and a very large communal pool with sun beds, etc.. This property has gas central heating and would also be ideal for a winter break.

Bellapais Abbey is a 10 minute drive and is situated in the old village of Bellapais, with its sophisticated restaurants and cafes. Kyrenia harbour is a 30 minute stroll from the villa and is dominated by a castle that has stood for centuries. It houses a very interesting ‘Shipwreck museum’. Kyrenia harbour is alive with bars and restaurants and is a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by. It is just a short walk from the heart of Kyrenia’s shopping district and some of the most sophisticated hotels in Cyprus. The nearest public beach is called Alagadi Beach and is a conservation beach for Green and Loggerhead turtles. It is never crowded and is free. There are some very good private beaches nearby which offer water sports and restaurants and are worth a visit. Within a 10 minute drive you will find St Hilarion Castle and a little further afield are the towns of Nicosia and Famagusta. The area is renowned for its flora and fauna and is especially beautiful in springtime.
