Quiet family apartment in lively area of Benalmadena with shared pool.
Home from home next to the Zodiac complex. Benalmadena beach is 10 minutes walk away and a 15 minute bus ride from Torremolinos Centre. The bus stops outside our block, they are frequent and cheap. Away from the noise are bars, restaurants, shops a 24 hour clinic and pharmacy. 150 yards away are a large supermarket and two lively plazas. The Apartment - Corinto On the 6th floor with lift service and lovely views of the sea and Benalmadena area. It has a stainless steel security door and porter phone. All rooms lead off the hall. There is a large refurbished bathroom fully tiled, with bath,, shower, toilet and vanity unit. The fully tiled galley type kitchen fully equipped for 4 has sink, kettle, fridge, toaster, cooking rings, microwave Bedroom with 2 single beds,dressing shelf, double wardrobe. Large sunny lounge/second bedroom has 3 & 2 seater settee, table, 4 chairs, sideboard TV with large library DVD, CD/radio/tape

Benalmadena park is about 5 minutes walk away, bus stop outside our block, train station 15 minutes walk away. They run every 1/2 hour (on time) and connect between Malaga and Fuengirola with very cheap fares. We have a shopping trolley to assist your shopping. 15 minutes walk away is Tivoli World(a sort of pleasure theme park) About a mile away is the Aquapark great for a full day out. Granada, Seville, Cordoba, Gibraltar, Malaga, Puerto Banus are some of the bus trips available - Closer and a local bus trip away are Mijas, Benalmadena Pueblo, Fuengirola, Ronda,Malaga and Nerja are a bus or train ride away. Benalmadena Puerto's yacthing harbour is magnificent with a Sea World Aquarium there and many, many boat and water sports available. Winter in Benalmadena is like a lovely British Summers day but, of course, the nights get darker earlier and the nights can be a bit chilly needing a jacket. Summers are very hot. There are many good markets & car boot sales.

Notes to the rental rates

The prices are per week inclusive for 4 people .
Prices include electricity and clean bed linen for 4 people. Personal towels are NOT provided.
If you want the apartment cleaned more often our Caretaker Louise will do this for you but the cost would be between you and Louise.
However, the flat is very easy to keep clean with tiled floors throughout.
I require a non-refundable deposit of £50 per booking with non-refundable balances due 2 months before departure.
Long winter lets require a larger deposit depending on the number of weeks booked.

| Notes: | Benalmadena is a really lovely area very central for discovering all of Southern Spain and some areas of North Africa. Benalmadena is also home to some lovely white villages. This is a home from home in a quiet block just yards from every facility. We are on the sixth floor with lift service and facing the sea which is about 10 minutes walk away. There are also two busy plazas and a supermarket about 150 yards away. The lounge has comfortable seating and we receive the sun about midday until sunset. It is ideally situated to visit every part of Southern Spain and just 10/15 minutes walk from the beach, beautiful new marina and Tivoli World theme park as well as aqua parks, cafes, bars, restaurants all offering excellent value for money. The bus stops outside our block and the train station connecting you from Malaga to Fuengirola is about 15 minutes walk away. Just returned from a week in this apartment. What can I say? It is fabulous. It is in a very nice area - close to bars, cafes, supermarkets, railway and bus stops. We like to go out and about, but prefer not to hire a car, so this apartment is ideally placed. It is close enough for a nice stroll down to the beach or Marina (or you can catch a bus, if you prefer).The apartment itself is very clean and extemely well 'kitted out'. It contains everything you could possibly need (and more!!!). It has a nice homely touch and we felt 'at home' from the minute we walked into it.
